Microsoft Solutions

Microsoft technology is ever present in enterprises large and small and every enterprise we provide the latest in implementing solutions that are geared toward leveraging your existing investment and keeping that investment up and running. We focus only on developing with the following:

  • Silverlight
  • WPF
  • SharePoint/ MOSS
  • MSSQL

Silverlight
Microsoft Silverlight is a web browser plugin that provides support for rich internet applications such as animation, vector graphics and audio-video playback. Silverlight is similar to products like Adobe Flash, Adobe Flex, Adobe Shockwave and JavaFX which we also provide development services.

Silverlight is compatible with multiple web browser products used on Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X operating systems. Mobile devices, starting with Windows Mobile 6 and Symbian (Series 60) phones, are also supported.

WPF
WPF is intended to be the next-generation graphics API for Windows applications on the desktop. The following are some of Microsoft's own products or other third-party mainstream applications written in WPF:

A WPF application can be deployed on the desktop or hosted in a web browser. It also enables rich control, design, and development of the visual aspects of Windows programs. It aims to unify a host of application services: user interface, 2D and 3D drawing, fixed and adaptive documents, advanced typography, vector graphics, raster graphics, animation, data binding, audio and video.

SharePoint / MOSS
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS), is part of SharePoint, and runs on top of Windows SharePoint Services (WSS). Its main strength is enabling an organization's information to be organized and aggregated in one central, web-based application and provides taxonomy for corporate data. MOSS integrates closely with applications in the Microsoft Office suite and adds various features such as hierarchical organization of content areas, enhanced navigation, Single Sign On, personalization features, indexed search, the Business Data Catalog, and in-browser rendering and, in certain cases, editing of Microsoft Office documents. It can also be used to create specialized document-specific libraries, such as Microsoft PowerPoint slide libraries, which can be used to share not only specific slides from a presentation but their design as well.
